Set up for a single Sim, or couple, the home has minimum furnishings leaving plenty to work towards. Yes, the lot is an ocean seaside lot that will provide fun, creativity and rewards for your Sim as they sunbathe, build sandcastles and comb for seashells. Swimming the ocean builds the body, and everyone wants to watch the waves roll in.
Fully furnished with horrid lights, thrift shop furniture and cheap paint, this home does provide everything your Sim will need to get through that first promotion or two. Living on the beach will be worth the effort as you will never runs out of things to do. Play tested and Sim approved!

** REQUIRES placement on a shoreline in the town. If your town does not have a shore, consider a new town! Will need Bon Voyage; however furnishings and paints are basic so it just could work without all the ep's.
