You will need University, Nightlife, Open For Business, Pets, Glamour Life Stuff, Family Fun Stuff, and Seasons to play this house!

WARNING: This house is HUGE! It contains a lot of graphics-intensive items, embedded objects, special lighting effects, advanced building techniques, etc. Be advised that it may make your computer run slowly (or even crash your game if your computer can't handle it.) Be careful when trying this house for the first time, and I would suggest turning your graphics options down to the minimum until you know how this house will run. You can reduce some of the landscaping and mirrors, which will help improve your computer's perfomance if you are having trouble.

NOTE: The one-tile stone fireplace in the 1st floor leisure room is not usable due to its placement along a diagonal wall. It is purely for show. All other pieces of diagonal or specially placed furniture have been carefully playtested, and they all work correctly.

Installation Instructions for the Paintings:
You MUST install the paintings for them to work properly! Simply extract the files from the two Paintings zips to your Downloads folder, and you are ready to play. Be sure that you use BOTH files--I had to split the paintings into two files in order the keep the download size small.
