--------Brief---------

This is based on a real English pub (see the photo below) called Bar Oz, surprisingly it is an Australian themed English pub. Anyway thats beside the point the only thing I took from the real pub was the name and look everything else is pretty much my own creation.

This download comes with a choice of Residential or Community. The residential version has 2BR and 3BA with a kitchen and study. The Community version is pretty much the same except for the fact it has a phone booth instead of a mail box.

Both versions of it have been play tested and are hack free thanks to Clean Installer.
