This is Lisa, she's a very outgoing, but slightly lazy sim. She adores cats, any stray, waif or poor looking kitty and she'll scoop them up and make off with them as her own. 
You could say she was a little eccentric, just a little
Give her plenty of kitties, give her plenty of books and make sure she has a comfy sofa to laze about on.
You will need xmsims hair mesh 009 for her hair to show up in your game.
The mesh for her outfit is by LianaSims2 and IS included.
