Hi Everyone,

Here's a fairly modest sized house for your Simmie families to enjoy.

The only Custom content in this house is roddyaleixo's Invisible Driveway. (Included)
Thank you to them, for creating this, it helps immensely with Driveway design!
Everything else is Maxis/EA content. The house is fully furnished with the items in the pictures.

You will also need the CEP files for the driveway to display properly.

Floor levels: 2
Bedrooms: 3
Bathrooms: 2

There should be enough room for dogs and cats, if you wish to have those live here. Maybe also a small greenhouse, if you have Seasons installed.

Play with and alter the house as you wish, just have fun with it!
