This is the Country Getaway Cottage:



Description:
This house is FULLY furnished, it has 2 floors, on the first floor is a open-plan kitchen/dining/living room, there is also a toilet with shower and at the back of the house a piano room. On the second floor is a landing with a gallery style so there are views to the first floor, this is a large bedroom with a big en-suite.

Does it work?
I have tested this house on 2 other machines that have the same EPs and it works completely fine, any problems just pm me.

Extra Stuff:
This requires all EPs but no SPs, the windows are CC, i know i don't usually use any but i thought they were perfect for this house, just to note it is fully furnished and has the opportunity to have a basement put into it which could offer more bedrooms if it's for a family.
