Rufus Shinra, the president of Shinra Corp. and leader of the Turks from Final Fantasy VII. Presented here in the outfit he wore in Advent Children.

v1.1, a version uses no custom meshes and requires no EPs!


After spending a while trying to find a working Rufus Shinra Sim package (one doesn't seem to exist) I decided to make my own.
This is my first recolor/submission. Please feel free to send me comments that focus on improvement!
