Support Lots for Starfleet Academy San Francisco- Part 1

Your cadets can't just go to class or live in their dorms all the time. They need places to go. I built this set to support the Starfleet San Francisco campus and dorms. They're typical community lots you would find in a college town, designed in the same build style as the campus. Part 1 includes a fitness center, a medium-sized mall, and a lot with 3 shops.
The fitness center is a typical, modern facility with a complete set of excersize machines for all your cadets' fitness needs. On the lower level, there's a reception area that sells health foods, 6 massage rooms, an outdoor pool, a spa area, and locker rooms. On the upper level, there's a running track, plenty of excersize equipment, 2 springball courts and 2 racquetball courts. The mall has about a dozen small-to-medium shops (I was only able to furnish 4). There's a pet store, a small casino, a clothing store, and a store that sells "Treknology". The grounds are nicely landscaped and it's there's plenty of outdoor space for your cadets to hang out. The shops are a bit high-end, for cadets that are a little better off. There's a fancy, 2-level restaurant, a larger Treknology store, and a high-end clothing store.

I wanted to stock the shelves of the Treknology stores with phasers and tricorders, but for some reason they're disabled on community lots

At this point, the dabo and tongo tables are strictly decorative
