This is my first upload on MTS2. Just thought I would add that. This house has:
-1 Bed
-1 Empty Bedroom If your simmies have kids
-1 Bath
-Living Room/ Entryway
-Full Kitchen
-Large Porch
-Stream and Rocky area

The blue room changed a bit but my Sims 2 started acting weird and wouldn't take screenshot I'll fix it ASAP
