Country House 4Story 5BR 5.5BA B&B - By Request

After posting my first lot, I received a PM to build a B&B with a pond and a farm/vegetable business in the barn/garage. This is the result.



I didn't furnish the entire house, just enough to get you started. All bathrooms and the kitchens are furnished, as well as the dining area.

House:
Ground Floor: Garage for 2 cars inside, 2 outside. Large open space with gravel/rock flooring. Stairway to 1st floor. Door to back/side yard.

First Floor: Four bedroom suites, each with full bathroom. Each room is large enough to accomodate a double bed. Large open area. Balcony.



Second Floor: Master suite with sitting area and bathroom. Master suite bathroom has double sinks, shower, with toilet in its own room. Large kitchen. Dining area seats 10 (table & 8 chairs included). Living area with 2 couches and fireplace. Balcony. Laundry room with 1/2 bath.



Third Floor: 1 room for any use. Open top balcony.

There is an elevator "shaft" on each floor of the house. I do not have OFB installed, so no elevator.


On the other side of the lot is a farm home business, complete with pickable fruits & vegetables (thanks Echo). The barn/garage has parking for 2 vehicles out front, but the garage doors are an illusion, not working doors (from Brighten11). There are 2 doors at the front of the building and 1 at the rear. I did not furnish it, figured those with OFB would prefer to do this themselves. There's plenty of room for additional plants in the garden area.

I've had a family in the house for 3+ sim weeks and have worked out all the bugs (I think).
