Well, actually I tried to make a neighbourhood terrain for my lots, that completely fits my idea of a good neighbourhood. I like small ones, that are good playable. In some neigbourhoods when you place a lot near a mountain, it's difficult to navigate during gameplay, because it navigates down and up.
Yeah - not sure, if you know what I mean.

So to say it short: It's a simple small neighbourhood.
Lots are not included.

You have to extract all the files to this folder:
C:\Documents and Settings\[User]\My Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\SC4Terrains
