Coconut Cove is a large modern style beach house surrounded by multi-level stone inlaid decks, and lush tropical landscaping and gardens. Outside there is a BBQ area, a quiet sitting area, a swimming pool and a 2-car garage. The covered pool area includes a massage table, hot tub, and a bar. There also is a big fountain near the pool and stairs to the beach. The beach has lounge chairs for soaking in the sun or a hammock for laying in the shade.

Inside the house on the first floor is a Great Room with lots of sitting area, a pool table and a big screen TV over the fireplace. Lots of art is scattered throughout. A set of stairs leads to the second floor from the Great Room. The dining area and the cozy den behind the kitchen are on a split-level with another set of stairs leading to the second floor from the den. The den also shares a fireplace with the dining room. The dining room has an all window wall for viewing the beach and ocean. The kitchen is very modern and has stairs leading up to the den. A powder room just off the living room completes the downstairs.

The second floor has 4 themed bedrooms and 3 baths. The master suite (The Jungle Room) has an en-suite bath, and an office. The bedroom itself is on a raised split-level overlooking the ocean. Also leading out of the Master Bedroom is a sliding door onto the balcony with telescope and lounge chairs. The next bedroom is decorated in a Far-East décor and includes a fireplace, tea table and canopy bed. The 3rd bedroom is decorated in an Island Motif. And finally the last bedroom is the Surfer Bedroom in blue and white. The big bathroom upstairs has a tub on a raised split-level. The smaller bathroom upstairs has a shower and is also decorated with stuff from the SP, Kitchens and Baths.
