Hi everybody!
Here's a new lunch for your simmies. In my research, I've come to understand that 肉まん is basically a Japanese food made from flour dough, and filled with cooked ground pork or other ingredients. They are steamed but since our simmies don't have steam cookers, the next best thing is the oven. Base your pan with water and the oven will steam cook your food.
