This house features three bedrooms and three and a half baths with a private patio off of the first floor master bedroom. It is very spacious and practical and good for a moderate sized family.

This is my first upload to MTS2; I didn't include any custom content though it was torturous to build without any (let's face it, 97% of Maxis stuff is hideous), so please enjoy decorating with your many downloads!
