This is basicaly for those who don't have the BV expansion pack but would like to have a swimable lake-sea-something..:P
Have a look please.



Info about the house:
-1 floor
-2 bedrooms
-1 bathroom
-living room,kitchen,dinning room
-yard with...private beach.

It's water terrain but your sims will swim in it like they swim in a pool.I hope you won't have any ''technical'' problems with the swimming!
Just click "dive in" on the diving board and when you want to get out click "get out" on the ladder ok?
