Requires Seasons.

Simple little starter for 2–3 sims, fully furnished, with room for a garden.

1 x double bedroom
1 x single bedroom
1 x bathroom
1 x kitchen/dining
1 x living room

All basics included, plus TV, stereo, and stove. There's enough room for one rotated driveway in front of the house. If you make the bathroom half its current size (showerbath with access from the kitchen), you could put another bed into the small bedroom, making this a four-sim house.

Have fun!
