Here we are, my first upload, I put quite some effort into this. I hope you like it.

The house is a modern, affordable house that comes furnished with basic fixtures. It has all the things you really need in a starter home - a decent sized bedroom, a not-too-cramped bathroom and a generally "move-aroundable" layout. Plus, there's still a decent bit of room in the lounge, big enough for the nice fireplace.







NOTE: Sorry guys, I think a random terrain paint has made it's way into the file. Yes, I do use the Clean Installer, but I didn't remove it because I read somewhere removing terrain paints stuffs up the download. I'm unsure whether that includes custom terrain paints attaching to the files, but seeing as this is my first upload, I'm paranoid I'll stuff the file up if I remove the paint. IF ANYBODY KNOWS A FIX, ANSWER OR WHATEVER OR IF I CAN SAFELY REMOVE THE PAINT, PLEASE PM ME AND I'LL UPLOAD A NEW FILE.
