Evil Warlock Burglar by tuckerkao - SimPE 7.2 (Apartment Life) is required to get this download working.

1. Extract the .package file into My Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\Neighborhoods\N___\Characters.

N001 - Pleasant View;
N002 - Strange Town;
N003 - Verona Ville;
N004 or etc - Your own neighborhood if exists

2. After the character package in the character folder, created one temporary file folder for unzipping the .simpe and .simpe.xml files.

3. Loading one of the neighborhoods using SimPE 7.2.

4. Double left click "Sim Descriptions (SDSC)" from "Resource Tree" window, Right Click "Name", select "Add" (See Screenshot 2 from 12 New Functional Burglars), browse your temporary folder, then add in the .simpe.xml file. The burglar figure should be appeared on the sim list.

5. Check all the burglar figure and make sure they are displayed correctly, then save the neighborhood.

6. Double left click "Family Information (FAMI)" from the "Resource Tree" window, find the NPC family with Instance 0X00007FFF, usually the buttom one on the list.

7. Remove at least the current 1 of 3 burglars showing in the red square box (See Screenshot 3 from 12 New Functional Burglars) from the NPC family by click "delete sim", then add the new burglar in.

8. Save the neighborhood again, quit SimPE 7.2 and launch "The Sims 2".


Special Character Effect: This Burglar NPC has the green aura surrounding him because he has reached "The Atrociously Evil Warlock" level. The mean warlock only wears the black coat and the evil warlock has the green face in addition to the black coat wearing.


You may download the global mod below too which guaranteed the players to see the new burglar coming to the residential lots within 24 sim hours (usually the first midnight between 12:00 am and 12:15 am during the gameplay).

To restore the default burglar NPCs, take the reverse steps by removing the 3 current burglars from the NPC family in the FAMI Editor (usually the last 3 on the list if you haven't installed other expansion packs or modify other NPCs during the meantime.)

For most default neighborhoods, add back "Jessica Ebadi", "Gordon King" and "Russ Bear" back, best to write down your 3 default burglar NPCs before applying this download mod.
