My Simple Way Series don't have so many garages - some need the Basegame only so it's clear that there are no garages.
So this lot comes with a garage and place for two cars - it only needs Nightlife though.

It's fully furnished and has 1 Master Bedroom and 1 Single Bedroom, 2 Bathrooms, Kitchen, Dining and Living Space.
It's furnished not as my usual lots - I tried a bit of colorful modern furniture and decorations.
