Mini Starter Homes on 1x1 lots - No Custom Content

I was inspired to create small starter homes on 1x1 lots using no CC as a challenge to myself. I created 4 mini starter home lots, each home is on a 1x1 lot. There is a modern starter, victorian starter, a mansard starter and a storybook starter. Below are the specs for each home:



Modern Starter:
Lot Size: 1x1 lot
Bedrooms: N/A (This is more like a studio apartment)
Bathrooms: 1
Level(s): 2
Price: 20,000
Game Requirements: Base Game
Custom Content: None



Victorian Starter:
Lot Size: 1x1 lot
Bedrooms: N/A (This is more like a studio apartment)
Bathrooms: 1
Level(s): 1
Price: 20,000
Game Requirements: Base Game, Seasons, Open For Business
Custom Content: None



Storybook Starter:
Lot Size: 1x1 lot
Bedrooms: 1
Bathrooms: 1
Level(s): 2
Price: 20,000
Game Requirements: Base Game,Open For Business
Custom Content: None



Mansard Starter:
Lot Size: 1x1 lot
Bedrooms: 1
Bathrooms: 1
Level(s): 2
Price: 20,000
Game Requirements: Base Game, Apartment Life
