Belvedere-Seaside Community

Belvedere is the quintessential beach side communtity. Boasting room for several beach lots, a central town square, beautiful harbour views, and rows of scenic mountain ridges.
A pleasant seaside valley cradles this small town and gives it a cozy hidden feel. The five by five central square can be filled with a central park or plaza, a shopping mall, or a townhall, just to name a few options. Surrounding that could be the heart of the community-a downtown or old town district. The roads outside that area could be the site of cozy cottages, bungalows, and Cape Cods. Newer housing can be found in the "Ridge Heights" (or whatever U want to call it) sub-division on the ridge above the city center (I like different levels in my neighborhoods). This area has two cul-de-sacs giving it that suburban appeal.
This terrain makes a great neighborhood, downtown, shopping district, or beach vacation spot. The break in the road closest to the sea is the perfect place to put a lighthouse, but so is the peninsula guarding the harbor.
