I wanted my sims live in a town and now here it is.
Sunset town is a little fresh town, with its streets, squares, houses, shop and green areas.
I built it in a medium lot, so it's not heavy.



4 new apartments to rent. Biggest one, Daisy Square,1 is for families. Principal Ave, 2 is for couples and both Victoria Street houses are little for one or two sims.
Downtown you can find:
- palestra with indoor pool
- bar with snacks
- Art shop (a building with free easels, chessboard and public library for sims that have not enough space at home)
- Internet & game shop
- Football field
- little wood with lake for fishing
- amusement park for children



Shops are open 24h for insomniac sims as me

This lot include the deco object I love most. It's a deco roof created by MasterMax @ sims2cri , recoloured by me.
It's fantastic and recreate a beautiful mansard effect.

RENT FURNISHED! :
* CTRL-SHIFT-C to bring up the cheat box.
* Enter the following cheat: boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true
* Walk your sim to the front door of the apartment that you want to rent. They need to be standing right in front of the door.
* Clear any actions from your sim's queue - including other sims trying to talk to them.
* SHIFT-click on the door of the apartment you wish to rent and choose "Rent Furnished."
* If the action falls out of your queue, your sim probably needs to be closer to the door.
* Once the apartment is rented, bring up the cheat box again.
* Enter: boolProp testingCheatsEnabled false to turn the cheat off again.
