Good things come in small packages! This little Valentines inspired family home holds alot, including:

This lot has been fully playtested and it performs very well. "Thinning" some of the landscpaing makes it more manageable for your sims to handle. All rooms can be seen from a single camera angle, which makes it easy to keep track of the action. Plenty of room for a large group of simmies to move around freely.
I am very pleased with how cozy and warm this home feels. Despite the small size, there is plenty of room for everything you need to keep your sims happy and it adds alot of personality to the neighborhood.
It is also quite versatile...a color scheme change on the exterior to blacks and purples and a change of the landscaping ( bring in the dead scary tree!) and it looks great as a haunted mansion or witches abode..which is how I have been using it in one of my neighborhoods. The turret rooms makes an excellent cauldron room.
