From the outside, the Tuscan Luxury Family Townhome community presents a perfectly balanced, cohesive village. Every aspect of exterior design has been carefully chosen to present a picturesque community - a place of beauty and tranquility.
With each home complementing the others, we are able to maintain a balance of functional amenities and design concepts.
The price for luxury doesnt come cheap. Townhomes range from about 6,000 to over 7,000 in rent.


All homes feature walk in closets, entry from garage, balconies, and/or terraces on both levels. Master baths with glass door showers and double sinks. All homes have fireplaces.
Beautiful and wooded backyard area with pond and Playground is great fun for the whole family.
