This cute little farmhouse has everything your sim needs to live off the land, including a large garden, orchard trees and fishing pond. Other features include:

No CC at all ( not an easy thing for me...cc walls and floors addict that I am)

I have gone in and corrected the pool ladders. Here is the story: I usuallly play test a lot to make sure I dont forget anything and that simmies can move around freely and such. This time, I forgot to put the lot into the houses bin before I did that..which meant that if I moved my tester sim out...I would have to completely refurnished the whole thing over again. Being tired ( eh...perhaps a bit lazy too) I just had the tester sim take a "long" swim in the pool instead...and forgot to replace the ladders. My bad. Sorry about that.
