After seeing so many of QBUILDERZ awesome mini lots i decided to finally make one myself.
It is BASE GAME (thanks to Numenor's anygamestarter) and with NO CUSTOM CONTENT. It costs 19997 simoleons so it wont leave much in your sim's pocket.
