This lot was made with anygamestarter! And need the following EP's:
Sims2, Nightlife and Mansion and Garden.


This beauty was build on a 3 x 3 lot, is fully furnished and decorated. The price of this Victorian residential? $ 329.104 Simoleons! It is a very large home with 4 bedrooms

The Mainfloor contains:

Entrance, large hall, half bathroom, kitchen, diningroom and a lovely livingroom.

The first floor has:

A masterbedroom, a full bathroom with 2 sinks, a bath, a shower, toilet and a hottub. On this floor is also a nursery and a balcony in front of the house.

2nd floor:

On this floor are 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom with a sink, toilet, shower and a bath. In the tower your Sim can paint.

As you can see, it's totaly furnished and decorated and no CC used!


Outside:

Outside there is a very beautifull garden and a pool with sunbeds.
