Sad news in Simton - it appears that some sims need extra help and guidance from the town, as they are, in fact, insane. Mayor Leesester has been requested to build an asylum for the mad sims of Simton, but, as Mayor Leesester is trying to be a modern mayor, the asylum has been renamed the SHIP project, to reflect its intention to help sims return to society.




Due to lack of Mayoral funds the asylum is not fully furnished; it is designed to be used by six sims, but there are not enough beds, chairs and tables to go round six sims and high demand for sheltered housing means 8 sims must live there.
The extra funds have been spent on providing a piano, TV and telescope to help sims build the skills they need to return to Simton as non insane pixel people.

This asylum is fully compliant with the asylum challenge as posted by Scout, rules and is part of a build challenge in the #create chatroom.

There are 3 rar files - 1 with CC, 1 without, and a separate rar file of the custom windows I made for Phaenoh which also perfectly fitted this lot. The windows are repository windows of the base game "Function of plate glass" windows.
