Here it is, sooner than expected: RichSims Home No. 3!
It's built in typical RichSims style (if you don't know what I'm talking about, check my other uploads), but this time, it's all about the family!

In any case, here are the stats:
Ground Level:
-LARGE multipurpose room (TV room/open kitchen/dining room etc)
-bathroom
-parking space (no garage. I also took the liberty of placing a family car)

First Level:
-1 master bedroom
-2 bedrooms (for your children. The rooms are kinda small, but children should never complain! )
-bathroom
And each bedroom has its own balcony (of different sizes)
