Multi Language Network Messages Fix

With the new AL networking messages the Sim talking to you references HIS OWN name instead of that belonging to the Sim he is talking to.

EA said they fixed this in the patch. If you have an English US installation then you're fine. Any other language, including UK, and they seemed to ignore the mistake.

This file should correct the messages so that the right name is used.

I've put it in testing as I've hopefully corrected all broken languages but can't test them in my game. The languages that I have altered are;
English (UK)
French
German
Italian
Spanish
Dutch
Danish
Norwegian
Finnish
Russian
Portuguese
Japanese
Polish
Simplified Chinese
Traditional Chinese
Czech
Hungarian
Brazillian Portuguese

If there are any gramatical errors then don't blame me. All the text apart from the bit of code linking to the name has been left as it was.
