Mrs Harper's boarding-house is a cosy litle home for your singel sims that can't afford a big aparment or a house.
In this home they can rent a room from 143-221 simoleons.

The house has:
3 Furnished rooms for rent.


- Living Room


- Dining Room


- Kitchen




To Rent an Apartment Furnished :

CTRL-SHIFT-C to bring up the cheat box.
Enter the following cheat: boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true.
Walk your sim to the front door of the apartment that you want to rent. They need to be standing right in front of the door.
SHIFT-click on the door of the apartment you wish to rent and choose "Rent Furnished."
Once the apartment is rented, bring up the cheat box again.
Enter: boolProp testingCheatsEnabled false to turn the cheat off again.



You can easily change this lot to residential.
CTRL-SHIFT-C to bring up the cheat box.
Type: changeLotZoning residential
Now you can change the apartment doors.


No custom content.

If you don't have all the SP you can download this lot with Clean Insataller. You will then miss a few walls, floor, fencing and landscaping.
