As the Beachview Modern was so warmly received, I've decided to go ahead and put another one of my Sims 3 homes up.

The Southern Comfort:


This one is based on plan number 17-483 from GlobalHousePlans.com.


The beautiful southern style home features two bedrooms, one bath, a kitchen with breakfast bar, a fireplace, a custom trellis-covered wrap-around porch, a fenced in private garden, and a pond with a fishing deck on a large landscaped lot.
