My first upload to MTS! This is a modern house with a bit of a retro look to it. Lots of wood-grain and leather and neutral colors. The upstairs bedroom has kind of a 40's Hollywood glamor feel.



Upstairs also has a landing that is used as a workout area. Both the landing and the master suite have skylights. There is a full bath in the downstairs office and a double-bath in the master suite.

There is a large back patio with deck chairs, a grill and a bar. The back lawn has a fire pit area and a mid-sized pool. It comes fully furnished, but there's lots of room both for upgrades and expansion. The house is designed for a single Sim or a couple, but an extra room or two can be added for kids and/or guests. The back lawn also has space for gardening and additional landscaping.
