USAGE:
Unzip "SimCutie_BetterTelescope-B.zip" and put "BetterTelescope_X2.package" file into "Program Files/The Sims 3"/Mods/Packages" folder.
To view mod-tweak details, just open and view the "BetterTelescope_X2.package" file in your text editor like Notepad.
