I am a big fan of starter homes, but Sims always outgrow them rather quickly.

My goal of this project was to build a stylish starter home that was big enough for a Sim to stay in after starting a family and/or earning enough simflouz to purchase some extra items.

This fun little split-level home is decorated in cheery colors, and features 2BR, 1 bath, and sunken living room. The real jewel of this house, however, is the large den/basement level that can easily be converted to more rooms if you like.

The previous owners of this home were kind enough to leave some starter furnishings behind for your Sims.
