I have never been good on the gardening side of the sims, but I think that I am getting the hang of it since my first house that was uploaded. If not getting worse

This is the second of 7 homes that are going to be in the same series. The series is called Stone and Stucco Blvd. My naming is really bad, and i'm sure that you can guess why I called it that.

Ok, specifics time.

This house is made for 3 sims, no more. It is modeled in the same style as the 1st home in this series and is made to match it and to blend with it. The ground floor has an entrance and open kitchen/dining/study nook and living areas. There is also a bathroom on here. Go up the stairs to find a beautiful master bedroom that is simple yet elegant. It is decorated and painted in a summery yellow colour. There is enough room for a TV in here, but I wanted to keep the cost for this lot as low as possible. The master suite also has an ensuite for the lucky inhabitants. The other room on this floor is the 2nd bedroom. It is tiny compared to the master suite, but it is comfortable and roomy enough for one sim. There is room for a bookcase or a toybox, and if need be, you can turn it into a nursery for that special baby sim.

Outside, there is a carport which links directly onto the house, and there is a BBQ area. There is no pool area because as I said before, I wanted to keep the lot price down, so that low/medium level earners could afford it. Possibly more medium than low.

The gardens on the lot have been improved, as I have practiced my garden making skills in the past 2 lots. I hope that everyone likes this one better than 1 Stone and Stucco Blvd.(1 Stone and Stucco Blvd is or was my first upload and I have since decided to turn it into a series, but I didn't want to go through the hassle of changing the name.
