Essef Cotage is an Ultramodern house with intergalactic observatory ans fogs subaquatic view.


In a 30*30 landscaped on 2 levels lot you have a modern house.
On the 5th floor is the observatory with teleport access from the ground level. 2nd floor is only for entrance , 3rd is for the living rooms especialy a clear kitchen and dining room; bedroom is 1/4 level elevated

1st, semi sunken, level is for the garage and for the game/rest room with an "aquarium-pond" view.
In this lot I tested the "stealth stairs" TS2 trick you can find on the useful wiki : http://www.sims2wiki.info/wiki.php?...utorials:Stairs adapted to TS3 (not really modular) stairs.
Pond aquarium is basicaly a mix of the AllHeartAnne tut (How to build a pool in a lake ) and the AphexZero one (Building an Aquarium pool in S3).
The only trick I found is that you must lower the pond side of the pool with the small pond tool avoiding to center it to the pool building (fortunately undo is possible). After is just some deco to mask pool structure.
