This is a not entirely accurate replica of the ensemble 4x4 House in Kobe, by Tadao Ando, a very famous Japanese modern architect. (Unfortunately, we don't have the concrete block wall that was available in Sims 2, which is very close to Ando's trademark concrete block walls... That would have been a nice realistic touch...)
It's a set of 2 mostly identical buildings, each with a kitchen-dining, a bath, a living room and a bedroom.
