Victorian #4 - Jade with usable attic and a basement!

Small lot Victorian. I decided that I really needed to use the space in the attic and since basements are such a pain to put in afterwards I added a basement with windows also. What I really wanted was access to the top of the tower, which you do have! The basement stairs are easy to do away with if you would rather have a hallway. The attic is a game/playroom right now but there is plenty of room to turn it into a studio apartment for grandparents or an adult child. The game/playroom could be moved to the basement if you still wanted it.

I still have to have several different roof heights so I have included the link on how it is done below. This one still has the beautiful woodwork like the old Victorians had. I love the woodwork in TS3! I did build this home on one of the more expensive 20 x 30’s so the price may vary depending on where you place it and what size of lot you use.

The main floor has:
Living room
Dinning room
Full guest bath
Kitchen
Study
Family room

The upstairs has:
Master bedroom with own bath
1 child/guest bedrooms with own bath
2 more child/guest bedrooms that share a bath

The lot has:
Room for a drive if you like
Wrap around front porch
Pool
