A simple mod that can be used to stop the daily delivery of newspapers.
When you first install this mod, the Newspaper will be delivered the first time, then they will stop. I got this requested when i released my other mod Realistic Newspaper Deliveries

Outdated and No Longer Necessary, thanks to everyone who pointed this out to me countless times despite the fact that I made this mod long before the option to cancel the newspaper option was around
