I found an EA embroidered tee texture that didn't seem to be used for anything. After some changes, longer, untuckable, softer shadows, more colors, I had some pale shirts for my alien and light skinned sims. A couple of them look fine on darker skinned sims too.

You need HP's default replacement of the EA tanktop from here
