Windermere Manor is a grand old house with two stories of living space and an additional converted basement with it's own kitchenette, lounge area and private bathroom. There is room to re-arrange the layout to accommodate a double bed if you wish to use the basement as a fifth bedroom.

To the left of the estate is a seperate two car garage with a slightly sloped driveway. To the rear of the garage is a garden room with an entire wall of counters and shelves. This room would make a perfect outdoor living space, conservatory or even a garden shed and can be accessed trough the garden to the back of the house, or down the path next to the garage.

The first floor of the house is the main living space, with a spacious sitting area overlooking the ocean with views of the garden. The second lounge area has a flatscreen television and is a great for relaxing in the evenings. There is also a large office, with two shelved walls for your home library collection. The bathroom is next to the office, and is a great size for a first floor bathroom. The kitchen is to the right side of the first floor, and features wrap-around counters, shelving and beautiful ocean views. There is also a breakfast bar with room for two people. The utility room is accessible through the kitchen, and has a dishwasher, trash compacter, sink and more shelving. There is a large dining room which can seat up to eight people comfortably.

The second floor of this grand manor is the sleeping quarters, with three large bedrooms which can all fit double beds comfortably, one of these rooms has an en-suite. The master bedroom is directly above the sitting room and shares it's spectacular views of the ocean and it's spacious room size. The third and final story to Windermere Manor is the attic, the same size as the other floors. This huge space is awaiting conversion, and could be made in to anything you desire. The entire rear wall has some of the best views in the neighbourhood and could possibly be the most impressive floor of the house.

At the back of the house there is an enclosed garden space with a barbeque, a seating area, garden and a tree which provides a lot of shade from the hot summer sun. There is also garden spaces at the front of the house, which serve as a border from the property and the road.
