Well, hello all! Yes..this is my first ever upload to Modthesims, and I have been a member on here for nearly over a year I dare say. Well, this was inspired off of my very good friend Casey's story. She came to me and told me she was working on a story and the characters were based off of all her friends. Well its a lovely story and I do hope that someday it will be published. Sometime a while back ago I went to her and asked if I could design the estate that is used in the book. She was ecstatic, and happily obliged. So I first created some sketches of some castle floor plans and put them together to get this! I hope you all enjoy it..

A little note- There is stuff from the Sims store.. Sorry, :/ Somethings are just inevitable..




Also: A place where you can put this estate is behind the Athletes building..theres a small trail that leads to an opening hidden behind two towering hills with a LARGE and I mean LARGE Lake. Theres also an opening form the other side fo the lot where the cliff side homes/Lots are...but its a long walk...
