This is just like the public garden in Riverview but bigger and with more variety.
I planted everything that a Sim can buy or collect. There are more than 40
unknown plants growing in the big square with the palm tree where a money
tree and at least two flowers of death will grow. In the outer squares, there
are all sorts of ordinary plants like bell pepper, tomatoes, potatoes, onion, etc.

Outside the building you can find a small lake and a grill where your Sims can
relax.

Note: The plants inside the house may not be fully grown but they do during a
couple of days even it is a community lot. You also can turn it into a residential
lot and the flowers won't disappear.
