The suburbs retain a certain appeal to many young Sim adults. Some believe a traditional house in the suburbs will gain and hold value better than an urban condo.

I'm BACK!


This isn't the lot I said I was going to upload, I know, but that lot got... I dunno, boring, so I've done this one instead.

This is a two bedroom, one bathroom home, made for up to 3 Sims, and a few guest, I suppose. :: Plenty of landscaping, too.

The house costs $73, 172, and was built on a 3x3 lot.
