A solid and spacious house, it was built an early years of siglo XIX, around 1920 - 1930. The house is very well preserved, even the wallpapers are the originals. It has two bedrooms and one and half bathrooms, and the big terrace in the top. Partially, or basic furnished, a little family can to live here.

The cities of Latin America are plenty of that nice houses, neighborhood as Bondo Santa Teresa in Rio de Janeiro, Lastarria y Brasil in Santiago-Chile, several in Buenos Aires, etc. Lush and dark railings gardens hide large windows of the old stately mansions, still beautyful.

This is a started home version inspired in that old fashioned houses. I hope to have captured their spirit.
