This is a cozy yet spacious two story, two bedroom starter home for a new sim family. The main floor has an open design for free flowing traffic. House is a narrow design leaving room to add on if desired.







The home is modestly furnished with the neccessary basics to get your sims by when starting out. Basic landscaping and space for future car add to the package without making it look overly basic and cheap.
