Painted and decorated in shades of lavendar, yellow, and pink, this set of row houses was created by taking the Sims 2 house I liked to use as a foundation for building new lots and stacking it beside itself three times. In the event that EA creates an apartment expansion pack for the Sims 3, this lot would function well as small apartments. Until then, extra sims, small families, or several couples can be stashed within these walls.

In total, this lot has three kitchens, three livingrooms, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms. Three cribs are included to ensure procreation via the Awesome Mod Story Engine.
