Have your sims lost their legitimately earned reward certificates?

Two of mine did: the first lost a certificate while moving from one lot to another, and the second was a sim I started playing after he reached level 10 fishing; the fishing certificate didn't come with him.

It bothered me, seeing that empty space on the wall, so I decided to make the reward certificates buyable objects. They're 1000 simoleons each, same value as if one were to sell the newly obtained certificate. They don't, of course, have the sim's name and date of completion on them, but they still fill that empty space on the wall!

Also useful for moviemaking or other situations where you might want a bunch of diploma-like objects on the wall.
