I was originally going to call this "A House From A Dream" because I had a dream about the two story master bedroom in this house. This house was literally made/designed around that room. However, after I finished the outside of this house I decided that it looked like an estate home, and it was placed in the woods so the name 'Woodland Estate' stuck. All that being said this estate home sits on a rather large 40x30 sized lot in a tranquil forested area. This house features 3 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms, beautiful landscaping, a parking slab, an outdoor pool, and an outdoor fire pit area. Although the 4 upper bedrooms and the living room are unfurnished this home costs a total of $171,126 furnished and $96,801 unfurnished.
